Your Business Plan

February 14, 2012 (Tuesday) – SANDHILLS CC

Registration FREE (see below)

There is one essential item that every lender requires from you to consider a business loan: It is not a firm handshake; it is not a steely-eyed trustworthy look-em-in-the-eye gaze; it is not a well-scrubbed appearance. The lender wants a BUSINESS PLAN!

Lenders provide you with $ for a simple reason: they want their loan funds returned…and…they want to make a profit from their business of lending money. Without a Business Plan they cannot make a valid judgement about the validity of your business…and…they cannot be sure that you have thought through all the essential issues of your business. Result = if the lender cannot place faith in your success, he will not make the loan.
